Traditional Highland character

Wellington visibly carries a broad muzzle, abundant forelock, strong horn presentation, substantial body depth and the breed's characteristic heavy coat. These are owner observations, not a formal conformation evaluation.

He has produced brindle, black and ginger calves, including two brindles. His daughter Rosie is a frosted brindle. In our herd, the cows bred with Wellington have conceived during their first observed heat cycle, after one or two natural services. That is our farm experience, not a promise of conception or timing for another cow. He has remained with calves born at Löshá Farms through approximately six months and has shown calm, tolerant sire behavior. During natural service, we have personally observed him approach receptive females patiently and gently. He is still a mature bull and must always be treated with appropriate caution.
